Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions explain the responsibilities and rights between you (the customer) and Evolve Wrap Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding the services we provide, including vehicle wraps, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and dechroming.

1.2 By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Evolve Wrap Ltd supplies vehicle wraps, PPF, window tinting, and dechroming services.

2.2 We do not sell vinyl directly but order vinyl on your behalf from our suppliers when required for your project.

3. Orders, Deposits and Payment

3.1 To secure a booking, you must pay a 50% deposit of the total quoted price.

3.2 If vinyl or any other materials have been ordered on your behalf, the deposit is non-refundable.

3.3 Full payment must be made upon collection of your vehicle.

3.4 We accept payment via BACS and payment links as agreed.

3.6 Please use your invoice number as the payment reference to ensure payment allocation.

3.7 We will send you a written invoice confirming your order, including terms and conditions, at the point of booking.

3.8 Typical turnaround time for works is approximately one week, though this may vary depending on the size and complexity of your project.

4. Vehicle Preparation and Condition

4.1 You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is clean before delivering it to us.

4.2 You must disclose any pre-existing damage on your vehicle prior to work commencing, as this may affect the wrap or PPF.

4.3 We will conduct a walk-around inspection of your vehicle with you to note any existing marks or indentations.

4.4 You must ensure your vehicle is insured for the duration of our service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage not covered by your insurance.

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1 Once your vehicle is on our premises or in our care, we take all reasonable care to protect it.

5.2 However, Evolve Wrap Ltd is not liable for loss or damage to the vehicle or contents unless covered by our insurance policy.

5.3 You are responsible for maintaining your own vehicle insurance, including during works.

5.4 If you notify us that your vehicle is not insured, we reserve the right to refuse or suspend work with no penalty to us.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered on your behalf.

6.2 If you cancel before materials are ordered, you may be eligible for a refund of your deposit.

6.3 Refunds after work has commenced will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require photographic evidence.

6.4 All refund claims must be submitted within one calendar month of the issue arising.

7. Warranty

7.1 We provide a workmanship warranty for up to three years covering installation defects on vinyl wraps and PPF., this must be provided via email from us after the work is complete.

7.2 The warranty excludes damage caused by the customer, including scratches, tears, or other misuse.

7.3 Cosmetic damage unrelated to installation, such as paint or lacquer peeling, is not covered.

7.4 Colour fading of vinyl over time due to natural wear is not covered by the warranty.

7.5 The warranty does not extend to vehicle parts outside the vinyl or PPF coverage area.

7.6 Material warranties are provided by the vinyl manufacturers, and you must follow their care instructions to maintain coverage.

7.7 We reserve the right to inspect your vehicle to validate any warranty claim.

8. Use of Materials Supplied by the Customer

8.1 If you supply vinyl or materials for your vehicle wrap or PPF, the following applies:

8.2 Your work will be excluded from our workmanship warranty.

8.3 We may refuse to use supplied materials if we believe they are unsuitable.

8.4 We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred using customer-supplied materials.

8.5 You must disclose the source and quality of any vinyl or materials you provide.

9. Tinting Terms and Legal Requirements

9.1 Window tinting is legal only if it complies with UK regulations:

  • Front windscreen must allow at least 75% light transmission.

  • Front side windows must allow at least 70% light transmission.

  • Rear windows can be tinted to any darkness.

9.2 Light tinting on vehicle lights must comply with UK safety standards (minimum 50% visibility of brake lights, indicators, and reflectors).

9.3 You are responsible for ensuring your tint complies with these legal requirements.

9.4 We accept no responsibility for fines or penalties resulting from illegal tinting.

10. Use of the Vehicle During Service

10.1 You authorise Evolve Wrap Ltd and its employees to move or drive your vehicle while performing services.

10.2 All drivers are insured under our insurance policy, and details can be provided upon request.

11. Post-Service Check-Up

7.1 We offer a complimentary two-week check-up following the completion of work. This check-up is intended to ensure the installation has settled properly and to address any minor adjustments if required.

7.2 It is the client’s responsibility to arrange this check-up with us. We recommend scheduling it as close to the two-week mark as possible.

7.3 We will make every reasonable effort to attend the agreed appointment. However, extenuating circumstances may occasionally prevent us from doing so. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest availability in line with our operational schedule.

7.4 If any issues arise during or after the check-up, we will aim to resolve them as quickly as possible, subject to staff availability and workshop capacity.

12. Finance Agreements

4.1 If you choose to use a third-party finance provider to pay for our services, your agreement is directly with the finance company and subject to their terms and conditions.

4.2 Evolve Wrap Ltd is not responsible for the approval, management, or cancellation of your finance agreement.

4.3 By proceeding with a finance-based booking, you authorise us to submit any necessary documentation (e.g., completion confirmations, signed agreements) to the finance provider as part of their process.

4.4 Any claims that a document was fraudulently signed or submitted must be raised with us immediately, accompanied by supporting evidence. Unsubstantiated allegations may be taken seriously and responded to accordingly.

4.5 If your vehicle is wrapped or treated under a finance agreement and you later raise a dispute or claim a refund, our right to attempt remedial work under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still applies.
